ФАКТОР «РОЗУМНОЇ СИЛИ» В КОНТЕКСТІ ПОЛІТИКИ США В АЗІЙСЬКО- ТИХООКЕАНСЬКОМУ РЕГІОНІ ЗА АДМІНІСТРАЦІЇ БАРАКА ОБАМИ

У статті розглядаються зміни у зовнішній політиці США за адміністрації Барака Обами.Головний акцент спрямовується на зміщенні геополітичного фокусу в азійсько-тихоокеанський регіон, що обумовлено прагненням Вашингтона зберегти і зміцнити свої позиції в нових умовах економічного та військового піднесення Китаю. В контексті даного регіону важливим компонентом американської зовнішньої політики є застосування доктрини «розумної сили», що включає в себе як визнання багатьох «центрів сили», співробітництво з суб’єктами міжнародних відносин, так і зберігання права застосування військової сили, пояснюючи її цілі та наслідки.
