Abstract

In this article the ways and methods of forming and planting of alien Soviet system Ternopil region world population that would be adequate to the task and the nature of the new Soviet occupation regime, and effectively worked on ideological and staffing of its socio-economic and political structures. Also analyzed various aspects of the process Sovietization region, where was especially important cultural- ideological aspect that largely defined the essence of official policy in the cultural and educational life of society. And this development is seen as a means of imposing communist ideology and the formation of a «new man» that would ensure the needs of the regime.
