This article analyzes the activities of the new Soviet power in one of the most important areas of life of local people, as such health care. Sovietization in Medicine Ternopil region occupies a leading place in the transformation of Soviet power in September 1939. The analysis of the qualitative changes in all areas of health care local population of the region over the previous Polish government.
