Financial support of the agricultural sector in Ukraine in the 1923–1926 on the example of the leading specialized institution – Ukrainian Agricultural Bank is considered by the method of historical and scientific analysis. The preconditions of its appearance, the basic principles, achievements and developments in agricultural lending are outlined.
