In the paper the wage system and cultural and community services MTS tractor in Zhytomyr in the 30-s of XX century. This time is characterized by the formation and development of a network of machine- tractor stations against the backdrop of the crisis in agriculture in the 20-ies. XX century. In order to encourage employee stations were formed remuneration system and carried their cultural and community service.
