BASIC MILITARY TRAINING FIRST STEP IN THE PREPARATION CIVIL DEFENCE FORCES OF THE USSR

The cjndition of actual military aggression and capture the territory of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, the problem of defending the homeland, civil defense and protection from emergencies, needs radical improvement and strengthening. The article discusses the main aspects of the actions of the Civil Defence Forces and the Ukrainian SSR in training people to act in emergency situations by study ind subject “The initial military training” in schools, and the attention is paid to aspects the which are not fundamently leant. The main goal of the defending population and territory in emergency situation is prevention and reaction on the emergency recovery their results, reducing the devastating effects of terrorist attacks and military operations. The quality training of people to act in emergency military situation remains a priority in the whole complex of measures for the benefit activity against aggression.Conserning the facts above, the article analyzes the actions of the public authorities, the Armed Forces of the USSR and the Ukrainian SSR civil defense forces to expand and improve the training of people to act in emergency situations in general secondary education as well as the experience gained during the 60– 80-th.
