THE ISSUE OF UKRAINIAN ELECTIONS IN THE HEARINGS OF THE 109TH CONGRESS OF THE USA

The article elucidates the position of the US 109th Congress towards the election processes in Ukraine. Attention is paid to the assessment criteria of Ukrainian elections, expressed by Congressmen. The main features of the political life of Ukraine, which played a decisive role in the conducting of Ukrainian election campaign, were interpreted according to the American Congressmen point of view.
