Publication conditions
To publish an article in "The Scientific Notes of Ternopil National Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Hnatyuk. Series: History" No. 1/2026, you should take the following steps until March 31, 2026 (inclusively):

▶ To send an article formatted in accordance with the specified requirements and a copy of the publication fee payment to editorial.tnpu@gmail.com.
Prohibition to refer to the aggressor state’s scholarly papers
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.
Academic integrity
The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
Publication fee
After successful review, the author will receive an e-mail with the details for paying the publication fee. It is necessary to send a scanned receipt of the publication fee payment. The publication fee is 1000 UAH (for 12 pages). Each additional page is charged at 40 UAH.
The editorial board accepts for free publication individual articles by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs, provided that they comply with the established requirements and principles of academic integrity.
Along with the article, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate from the postgraduate department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must bear the signature of the head of the postgraduate department and the official seal.
References and abstracts are also included in the total number of pages of a paid publication. The publication fee covers the costs associated with review, proofreading and editing of articles, layout of the collection and placement of its electronic version.
If desired, an author can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is 800 UAH, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.
Exit dates
Journal electronic version will be available on the website on May 31, 2026.
Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it before June 30, 2026.
