ANTHROPOCENTRIC AND FUNCTIONAL-PRAGMATIC ASSUMPTIONS OF MODERN ETHNOLINGUISTICS: METHODOLOGICAL PROPOSALS

The article is devoted to the ontological evaluation of the object of ethno-linguistics and ethno-cultural studies in terms of functional-pragmatic and anthropocentric methodology.The authors propose to shift the focus of this kind of research from analysis of the history of ethnocultural traits of hypostatic objects (peoples, nations, ethnic groups, linguistic groups) to the analysis of the interaction of individuals as real carriers of cultural and civilizational characteristics in actual reality during inter-civilizational interactions. In addition, the authors draw attention to the existence of internal differentiation of ethnocultural communities in terms of cultural and civilizational values, which makes the study of the so-called. a linguistic picture of the world or national character ineffective.
