FUNCTIONAL AND PRAGMATIC PERSPECTIVE OF THE TEXT IN DISCOURSE ANALYSIS (METHODOLOGICAL PLAN)

Abstract

The paper raises and discusses the problems of ontological essence of text as a consecutive information function. The author considers text as a coherent and integrated lingua-semiotic entity both in signal and semantic aspects. In the second part of the paper the author proposes own viewpoint on understanding of internal differentiation of text in the three aspects (anthropocentric, substantial, and processu- al) and from the two perspectives (functional and pragmatic).
