Abstract

In this paper we prove the thesis that the biography has always been a genre element in the literature. Hero is formed around the most ancient literary form - the heroic epic.In the Middle Ages there was a knight's heroic epic, in the depths of which is produced by the beginning of the novel form of the future. Biography is entirely legendary hero becomes the core of the narrative genres. Cervantes, Defoe, educators XVIII century created many works based on the biographies of fictional characters, romance, continuing discoveries predecessors, moved the novel genre among the most massive. They founded a huge amount of novel varieties did biography idealized hero mainly aesthetic object references. Further progress biographical and psychological schools help understand the important role of the real biography of the author in literary creativity, psychoanalysis finally secured the artist's biography including substantive elements of the product.
