POSTAĆ JEZUSA W TEKŚCIE APOKALIPSY: SEMANTYCZNA ANALIZA TEKSTOWA (na materiale polskich tłumaczeń różnych konfesji)

Abstract

This article considers the figure of Jesus Christ as the protagonist of the book of Revelation (Apocalypse of John). All passages in which Jesus speaks from the first person perspective or in which there are descriptions pointing directly or indirectly to his person are presented and discussed. For this purpose, three different Polish translations of the Bible, used in three different religious organisations, were used as source material in order to keep the analysis objective.
