Copyright and licensing

All published articles are open and available for free review. Publications are distributed under the terms of an international license Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 

The journal provides authors with the opportunity to retain copyright and does not restrict their rights to further use and distribute their own materials.

Users are allowed to:

- freely distribute the materials (copy and distribute in any format or on any media);

- adapt them (change, supplement, use for any purpose, including commercial).

These freedoms cannot be revoked by the licensor, provided that the license requirements are met.

Basic terms of use:

- attribution — the source must be indicated, a link to the license must be provided, and changes made (if any) must be reported, without creating the impression of support from the licensor;

- no additional restrictions — it is prohibited to impose legal or technical restrictions that prevent other users from exercising the rights provided for by the license.

Persons who have contributed to the research but do not meet the criteria for authorship must be listed in the "Acknowledgements" section. These may include, in particular, specialists who provided technical assistance, assisted in the preparation of the text, as well as heads of structural units that provided general support for the research.
