Метою статті є окреслення ролі емоцій у медіаціях як з теоретичного, так і з прак- тичного боку. Теоретична дискусія зосереджена на психологічному дискурсі емо- цій у міждисциплінарній перспективі, включаючи психологічні, соціологічні та мовні теорії. Для окреслення ролі емоцій у медіації аналізуються дані з оцінними медіаціями з використанням дискурсивної психології як методологічного підходу, визначеного Glynos та ін.
