Cтаття присвячена визначенню ролі дискурсивної психології в сімейному посередництві.У теоретичній частині, по-перше, наводиться визначення поняття дискурсивна психологія, а також представлено середовище аналізу дискурсу в психології, а по-друге, обговорюється теоретичний фундамент інституту сімейного посередництва. З точки зору практичного застосування дискурсивної психології в сімейному посередництві описана методологія дискурсивної психології із застосуванням дискурсного аналізу як інструменту. Практичні дані походять із записаного сімейного посередництва.
