PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS IN COMMUNICATION COMPANIES: ANALYSIS OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

The article is devoted to analysis of foreign experience of design of the professional development of the heads of departments in communication companies. The following features of the systems of professional development of heads of departments are revealed: diversification of learning and development policy and its coordination with the organization’s development strategy; training and development of personnel is seen by companies as the driving force and the main factor of influence on innovative activity, therefore, the system of professional development is aimed at developing innovative thinking of leaders; creation of heads of departments professional development systems in communication companies is based on the model of competence; systematic approach to professional development of heads of departments in communication companies; focusing on leadership development, implementation of innovative forms of training and personnel development.
