INDIVIDUALIZATION OF SELF-TRAINING OF STUDENTS UNDER THE TERMS OF TRANSMISSION TO EUROPEAN EDUCATION SYSTEM

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of education reform in Ukraine as a necessary requirement of international and European standard system and certification and presupposes the individual human development, self-fulfillment and socialization under the terms of Euro-integration. The article puts forward one of the ways of solving the problem: implementing professional training of students in higher educational institutions through individual forms and ways of studying. This system of education will give more flexible possibility for students with various skills and requirements to select their own way to obtain professional competence in a specific specialty. The article presents the way how the student builds his/her own training program in the form of individual curriculum, which is formed within a working curriculum in specialty. In order to achieve a particular level of education the student must complete his own individual plan in specialty.
