It is shown that the case method as an effective means of organizing educational process, allows to learn combined theoretical knowledge with the realization of life, activates cognitive interest in the studied discipline, promotes the development of research, communication and contributes to formation of creative decision-making skills. The obtained results confirm the need for purposeful scientific and methodological implementation of the case method in the educational process, which involves the creation of appropriate conditions for innovative search and innovative transformations in consciousness.
